From the beginning, we have emphasized our core values. They shape the environment in which we work and define the character of our company. They are the guiding light to how we conduct ourselves, make decisions, and form great working relationships.

	Our people are our greatest assets.
	Although we expect the best from each other, we do not see each other merely as resources to be exploited. We help each other develop personally as well as professionally. This adds value to the company by badding value to the people who make up the company.
	Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.
	This means that we still need that 1% - the spark of genius - to get to 100%, but most of what leads to success lies in the everyday hard work. Ideas are a dime a dozen, but it is execution that yields results.
	Everyone can find a sense of fulfillment by creating something.
	Whether it's artwork, a business process, an essay, software, or a song, one thing common to humanity is the desire to create. Since we're in an industry which requires creativity, we naturally want to be a place where people can be creative. We encourage people to pursue creative activities even outside their field of specialization.

	We believe it is in our best interest to give back because we've benefited from what the community offers - Flash and Photoshop tutorials, open source software - and wish to build others up as well. We have a passion for sharing our ideas and our creations with the world: writing articles to inform the world of what we've learned, making our software tools available for free, and generally helping people to work more effectively are just some of the ways we give back.
